Demolitions Clear Prime Corridor in Campbell 

Three beyond-repair buildings on Robinson Road in Campbell have been demolished, clearing the way for new development in an area long marked by blight.

The dilapidated structures at 74 Robinson Road, 56 Robinson Road and 6 12th Street – formerly known as Spak’s Café, Ultimate Club and Mike’s Place — came down in January. The former Post Office building at 57 Robinson Road is also set to be demolished late this spring. 

These demolitions are among more than 300 scheduled for 2024 thanks to a recent state grant. Most of the remaining demolitions will occur in Youngstown.
