Sebring Mayor David Wright shares how the Land Bank has supported commercial and residential demolition efforts throughout the village, including two brownfield projects that cleared former industrial sites vacant for decades

Kyle Dexter Dakota, founder of Sebring House of Launch, discusses purchasing an abandoned property from the Land Bank that had been slated for demolition. The building is attached to his property he was already renovating for Sebring House of Launch and now Dakota has plans to expand the space to support other up-and-coming business owners.
