Community Partner Spotlight: Jay Kamruzzaman

Jay Kamruzzaman, an investor and landlord, gives us a tour of his latest renovation — a duplex in Youngstown. He purchased the formerly vacant property from the Mahoning County Land Bank through its Deed in Escrow Program. This is the ninth property Jay has purchased from the Land Bank and one of his largest renovation projects to date.
