Mahoning County Land Bank marks 15 years with renewed focus on housing needs

Executive Director Debora Flora was recently interviewed by WKBN to share how the Mahoning County Land Bank is shifting its focus toward addressing the area’s housing shortage. After demolishing nearly 2,000 blighted properties, the Land Bank is now prioritizing new construction and renovations to create more options for safe and affordable homes.
