Partner Spotlight: City of Campbell

Campbell City Council President George Levendis and Mayor Bill Valentino reflect on how the Land Bank has partnered with the city to help remove vacant and dilapidated properties, renovate homes and repurpose vacant lots.

Since 2015, the Land Bank has worked with the city to remove 240 units of vacant, abandoned and dilapidated properties, supported by more than $3.8 million in state grant funding.
