Partner Spotlight: Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation

Tiffany Sokol and Ian Beniston of the Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation share how their ongoing partnership with the Mahoning County Land Bank has grown significantly in recent years through building new construction homes together.

Since late 2024, they’ve built 25 new homes, including seven on Mineral Springs Avenue in Youngstown, where abandoned and dilapidated houses once stood. They have built homes on all sides of Youngstown, Sebring, Campbell and Struthers.
