Partner Spotlight: Youngstown Flea

In this partner spotlight, Youngstown Flea founder Derrick McDowell shares how partnering with the Land Bank helped transform his industrial warehouse by replacing nearly 4,000 windows. 

Backed by a Brownfield Remediation grant from the Ohio Department of Development, the project supported the removal and replacement of environmentally hazardous window caulking, unlocking the potential for future additional building improvements.
