Land Bank Reopens to Public by Appointment Only

The Mahoning County Land Bank will reopen its office to the public by appointments only, beginning Monday, May 18. Walk-ins will not be permitted at this time, due to health and safety concerns.

Anyone who would like to schedule an in-person appointment about an ongoing project or other inquiry that cannot be handled electronically should contact the Land Bank at info@mahoninglandbank.com or 330-259-1040.

The Land Bank is following all guidelines from local officials and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and is taking the following precautionary steps to ensure the health and safety of its employees and the general public:

• Practicing social distancing and staggering shifts between staff members working from the office, in the field and remotely.
• Providing staff and the public with protective equipment, including face coverings and gloves.
• Sanitizing and cleaning its office several times a day and in between each appointment.
