Can I get a list of vacant lots you own?
No, the Land Bank doesn’t keep a list of vacant lots we own because our inventory changes so frequently. You can search by owner – Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corp on the auditor’s property search here: https://auditor.mahoningcountyoh.gov/Search to see the list of all parcels we own.
How can I purchase the vacant lot next door to me?
The Land Bank’s Residential Side Lot (RSL) program helps home owners buy eligible vacant lots directly next door when that parcel is not suitable for development. Find more information here.

Sorry, we don’t offer that service.
Can I get a list of houses you own? Can I get a list of houses available that I can renovate?
No, the Land Bank doesn’t keep a list of houses we own. We currently don’t have any houses in our inventory that are available to renovate. We plan to re-launch housing renovation programs in 2026.
How can I purchase a house that is abandoned?
If the Land Bank does not own a house, we are unable to assist you in acquiring it. You will need to find the deeded owner to negotiate a traditional sale.
